Role
Washington is Dallas's projected starting power forward, the rugged complement to Cooper Flagg in the frontcourt. He rebounds, defends and hits enough threes to keep defenses honest. His physicality sets the tone for the starting five.
How he got here
Charlotte drafted Washington 12th overall in 2019 out of Kentucky. He is now a Maverick and a projected starter for the 2026-27 season.
